Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA). I know this disease after watching ONE LITRE OF TEARS. It causes poor coordination of muscles with other symptoms. It retains full mental capacity but may lose physcial control.

This is a true story happened on a Japanese girl called Aya Kito who was 15 years old. She wrote a diary while suffering from the SCA.
