"Excuse me, when is my order ready? I have called half an hour ago and waited here for 10 minutes. It's nasty!"
"Sorry, we are quite busy at the moment."
"No, I did not see a lot of people coming in to eat!"
"We have a lot of delivery order."
"I dont care."
"I'll check for you in the kitchen."
A nasty man came in today to pick up his order. He was kind of fuss, wanted the foods crispy and hot. He had not called in half an hour before, he was just exaggerating! He complained so loudly and everyone looked at us! I was so embarrassed!
" I want a new one, it's freezing!"
"No, it's not. It's still hot."
"No, it's freezing. I just want a new one."
" It's not freezing."
" It is, compared to the other orders!"
"Ok then."
Customers are always right, right?
No grievance. I am working there, which need me to be patient and endure everything. That's my job=) and getting experience as well.
