NI Number and September Cash Back

Oh yea, I just received my NI Number today. Quite fast since I just sent the envelope about 2 weeks ago. ^^

Bad news. The cashback of my contract on e2save, Samsung G600 clearance phone for September is unsuccessful again!!!!!!!!! I did not know the reason!!!!! Gona call the customer service and it charges me money!!!!!!! >< Kind of fusssss..
